Dr. Hickle, Grace Clinic´s President and CEO is a practicing anesthesiologist in Lubbock, Texas. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas, his medical degree from Harvard Medical School, and completed his residency in 1987 at Massachusetts General Hospital. He has led numerous research and development teams in the commercialization of medical products and systems.

Ms. Rains serves as the Chief Operations Officer. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas and her Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Organization Management from Texas Tech University. Ms. Rains is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the Medical Group Management Association. Ms. Rains has held senior leadership positions in healthcare operations for the past 19 years and has served on numerous healthcare organization boards and State appointed committees.
