in Lubbock and the surrounding area, as well as government-sponsored
coverage such as Medicare.

Some employers may require that you receive some services at locations
other than Grace Clinic. Please check with your employer.

Some insurance plans require a referral from a doctor in your health insurance plan. Please check with your insurance company to determine if you have any such requirements.
