Grace Clinic accepts nearly all commercially available insurance plans available in Lubbock and the surrounding area, as well as government-sponsored coverage such as Medicare.
If you have questions regarding insurance coverage please call us at 806-74-GRACE (806-744-7223). A Grace Clinic representative will be happy to answer your questions.
Some employers may require that you receive some services at locations other than Grace Clinic. Please check with your employer to understand specific requirements.
Some insurance plans require a referral from a doctor in your health insurance plan. Please check with your insurance company to determine if you have any such requirements.
